Things I Love Thursday
This is a late edition since I’ve been out of the house all day. It was a really good, fun day out with friends.
♡ Smoothies! Shawn replicated a vegan chocolate, peanut butter, and banana smoothie he got at Garden Grill and it got me making my own smoothies. My first one was a lemonade tart smoothie and this morning I made a strawberry banana smoothie.
♡ Photo shoots! I’ve had three photo shoots this week and I think I got some good shots. I’m definitely a beginner so I know I have a lot to learn. There is room for improvement but thankfully I have a bunch of lovely people around me willing to model for me.
♡ Meeting new people! Earlier this week I met a twitter friend @JanelleDee and discussed her staring in my short film. Today I ran into her and her boyfriend @jdvarlaro at a local coffee shop. I was there with my boyfriend to meet up with my friend @sarobertson the five of us sat there for what seemed like hours talking. It was definitely great talking with new people.
♡ My short film! I’ve wanted to make a short film based on a poem I like for the past eight years. Finally I decided to finally start work on it. We start shooting next Friday.
♡ My boyfriend being on vacation! My life is a little vacation right now since I’m jobless but my boyfriend still has to go to his 9 to 5 every weekday. He took this week off to take a break and I got to spend a lot of time with him. We originally wanted to travel somewhere but our bank accounts said otherwise. It’s ok though. I’m enjoying spending this time with him.
♡ LA Ink! That show is so ridiculous. It’s a big pile of awkward turtles but I love it. When will they fire the blond chick? We’ll have to keep watching to find out.
